District No. 36 offers free residential water use surveys and cash back for the purchase of a variety of water-saving devices including high efficiency toilets and clothes washers, weather based sprinkler controllers and rotary sprinkler nozzles. The Large Landscape Program offers homeowners associations, parks, and landscape maintenance divisions the opportunity to receive a free water-use tune-up and qualify for water-saving equipment, including weather-based irrigation controllers and high efficiency sprinkler nozzles.

Free Commercial and Industrial Water Audit Program
The Commercial, Industrial and Institutional (CII) program offers businesses and institutions the opportunity to save money and water by signing up for free water use check-ups. As part of the check-up, a CLWA representative will visit your site and develop a customized plan and offer rebates for the items to further water conservation.

Free Residential Landscape Program
By participating in the residential landscape program, homeowners can save an estimated 20% on their outdoor water use. Once SCV residents or their landscapers complete our training, they will receive a free weather-based irrigation controller that automatically adjusts the amount of time sprinklers are on as well as helpful hints on water conservation in your landscaping.
